When you are the meeting host (star icon), you can create, duplicate, or switch the active scene for everyone in that session. Editors in the meeting can request to become the host by pressing the star icon next to their name in the meeting panel.

The microphone icon highlights green when someone is speaking and shows a crossed-out icon when someone is muted. Editors in a meeting can also mute other users. This is handy when devices are causing an echo.
Managing scenes in meetings
When in a meeting, the host can switch the active scene. Scenes stored locally can be shared in the meeting by selecting the scene (highlighted in white) and pressing the "Share in meeting" button. Other users in a meeting cannot control the active scenes unless they are the meeting host. This can be requested by editors in a meeting by using the star icon next to the user's name in the meeting panel.

Every time you enter a meeting, a backup of your existing scene is saved in history, allowing you to revert to the previous state if unwanted changes are made. You can learn more about History Mode and other scene management tips on File management.
After the meetings are over, the scenes you worked on will automatically be converted into local scenes that you can view, edit, duplicate, or delete. As Arkio stores your files locally, we recommend regularly sharing scenes with other devices or to the Arkio Cloud, so you have backups of your scenes in different locations in case something goes wrong on your devices.
Meeting management
The host of the meeting can use their VR wristband to better organize a meeting. The wristband button will open the meeting panel and show if your meeting is active (green line highlight) and if your mic is inactive (mic icon with or without a cross)

As the meeting host, you can gather all users around you using the wristbands. Users who are colocated in other headsets will then align to their real-world positions, and all remaining devices will gather around you according to the default gather settings. You can access the auto-gather toggle from your wristband and the meeting panel, allowing it to be used on any device for guided tours. (see Gathering and presenting)

Edit rights
Everyone with an Arkio Pro or Enterprise license will have edit rights in a meeting. This is indicated by the pencil icon next to the username. When Starter or Plus users of Arkio join a Pro or Enterprise meeting, they will join as viewers, indicated by the eye icon. Viewers can only see and communicate during a meeting, and only the host and editors can make changes. Their user interface is simplified, and they can not make any edits.
Temporary guest editors
When the Host in a meeting has an Enterprise license, they can temporarily convert free meeting viewers to editors by clicking the pencil icon next to their username. This will temporarily assign an available enterprise seat to that user until the meeting ends or the editing permission is revoked by converting the user back to a viewer.
For example, when you have five enterprise seats for your firm, and three of those seats are occupied by colleagues already in the meeting. You can then assign two temporary guest editors to free viewers in a meeting.

Colocation groups
Any host with Meta Quest hardware can manage colocation groups. The group outline shows which users are currently co-located. The host can manage this group in edit mode using the + and - icons next to the users. This will cause the devices to search for the same spatial anchors on other devices, allowing them to align themselves and join the co-location group.
