Arkio Web plans and legacy 2.3 licenses

During the transition to Arkio 3.0, Arkio Web uses account-based plans, while the installed Arkio 2.3 apps use license keys or existing in-app purchases. Paid Arkio Web plans include continued licensed access to Arkio 2.3 through a separate license key. Sign in to use your Web plan, and enter the legacy key in Arkio 2.3 to activate those apps.

Already have an Arkio license?

As part of the transition to Arkio 3.0, we have transferred eligible existing paid legacy licenses to Arkio Web. If your license has been transferred, you can access your Web plan without purchasing another subscription.

Sign in at app.arkio.is using the email associated with your existing license (the email used for the original purchase) unless a different account administrator was agreed with us. Open Account to check your plan, AI credits and available seats.

For transferred licenses, legacy Plus and Pro map to the corresponding Web plans, while legacy Enterprise maps to Team. Team members sign in with their own email addresses and share the organization’s AI credits. The account owner can invite colleagues from Account. See Manage your organization and share AI credits for instructions.

Team seats are individual Web memberships. If you have an existing Enterprise floating license, it continues to work separately in Arkio 2.3 while active.

Can’t see your plan? Check that you are using the correct email before buying another subscription. If the original purchase used a billing mailbox, you need a different administrator, or your plan is missing, contact support@arkio.is with your original purchase email and order reference.

Existing subscriptions purchased through Meta or Apple, and educational licenses, apply to the Arkio 2.3 apps. They do not currently include an Arkio Web plan.

Buy an Arkio Web plan

  1. Visit the Arkio Web pricing page to compare Plus, Pro, and Team, and select a plan.

  2. Sign in to Arkio Web with the account you want to use for the purchase.

  3. Choose the available billing, AI credit, and Team seat options, review the order, and complete checkout.

  4. Return to Arkio Web and check your plan in Account.

On the checkout page, you can:

  1. Enter any applicable tax-exemption details or a coupon code you received from us.

  2. Check the billing email address for your order confirmation.

  3. Enter your payment details.

  4. Review the order and complete checkout.

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the billing email address entered at checkout.

Web plans and AI credits are linked to the Arkio account you were signed in to when you started checkout. Changing the billing email does not transfer the purchase to another Arkio account. Use your account to access Arkio Web and the separate legacy key to activate Arkio 2.3 through Settings > License.

Manage an Arkio Web plan

In Arkio Web, click your email address or credit balance at the bottom of the sidebar to open Account. Manage your plan and billing there. For a Team subscription, the account owner handles purchases and billing.

To access your invoice, open Account in Arkio Web and select Payment method and invoices.

To find your legacy license key, sign in as the account owner and open Account → General. New paid Web subscriptions receive a legacy key, and transferred accounts retain their existing keys. Copy the key and follow Adding a legacy license to Arkio 2.3 to activate the installed apps.

For AI balances, additional packs and monthly allowances, see AI credits and your work. If your key is missing or a completed purchase is not reflected in your account, contact support@arkio.is with your order reference.

Existing Arkio 2.3 license keys and purchases

Existing legacy license keys and in-app purchases continue to work while they remain active during the rollout of Arkio 3.0 to other supported devices. Transferring a legacy license to Arkio Web preserves the existing key. The order-confirmation example below helps you identify an existing legacy purchase.

Legacy subscriptions were offered with monthly or annual billing. Check your original order confirmation for the details of your subscription.

An existing legacy Pro key can be activated on up to two devices. A legacy Enterprise key uses floating seats and can be assigned to multiple devices within your organization. To enter a key, see Adding a legacy license to Arkio 2.3.

For downloads and current platform information, see Arkio 2.3 apps and transition information.

Manage or cancel a legacy subscription

For an existing legacy subscription bought through our website, use the legacy subscription portal or the management link in your original order email. For a purchase through Meta or Apple, manage it in the relevant App Store subscription settings.

For legacy licenses purchased through our website, the original order confirmation contains the license code, the subscription-management link and an invoice link.

Sign in to the legacy portal with the email used for the original purchase, then select the relevant order to view invoices, update billing information or manage the subscription. For transferred subscriptions, this billing arrangement also supports your Arkio Web plan. The conversion does not require a second subscription.

Your existing paid period is preserved when your subscription is transferred. Renewal pricing and arrangements can differ by plan or custom agreement; check your conversion email and billing details before making changes. Contact support@arkio.is if anything is unclear.

If you cancel a legacy subscription, you will no longer be charged for its next term, and the subscription license expires at the end of the current term. For a transferred subscription, cancellation also stops renewal of the associated paid Web plan. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. For questions about your existing purchase or the transition to Arkio 3.0, contact support@arkio.is.
