Arkio can be upgraded to add professional features, such as importing and exporting from Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Archicad, as well as hosting meetings with up to 24 free viewers or editors with an Arkio license. You can learn more about these features on our Pricing page.

If you bought an Arkio license via our website, you can update, cancel, and make changes to your subscription via this portal. If you have an in-app subscription on your device, you can edit it in your app store: App Store Arkio subscriptions

If you Start a free 14-day Arkio trial or purchase a subscription on your device through the App Store, it will immediately unlock the paid features on your device. You can activate a license for multiple devices purchased from our Pricing page by entering the license code sent to you via email in the settings panel after purchase.

Arkio licenses purchased via our website can be used on multiple devices. The device that will first start Arkio will take an available license. When you log in to more devices than you have license seats, the last devices will wait for an available license and act as the free version instead. (A "No Licence" notification will show on your UI of the VR wristband.)

With the free version of Arkio, you can still work on models and join meetings as a viewer; however, you will not have access to paid features, such as importing large models from Revit or hosting and editing professional meetings with up to 24 participants.

The main difference between the Free and Pro versions of Arkio is that free users can only view professional meetings and cannot edit or import/export large models. Enterprise users can host larger meetings and temporarily assign guest editor rights to free users. You can learn more at Meeting host

If you are using Arkio offline and previously had a valid license key, Arkio will enter a grace period of 24 hours during which you can continue using Arkio's paid features. If this grace period expires, you will need to reconnect to the Internet to re-enable your Arkio license.
