Buy or edit your Arkio license

You can buy Arkio licenses on our pricing page. where you can also compare the features. You can start a 14-day free Pro Trial directly in Arkio to try the Pro features before purchasing a license.

Purchasing a cross-platform license key

Once you decide on the plan, you can purchase it by selecting whether to pay monthly or annually (cheaper) and how many licenses you wish to buy. Arkio Pro licenses get one license key per user, and an Enterprise license key can be used throughout your organization on a floating basis; the number of floating license seats can later be increased. See the last chapter on this page.

When you press checkout, we will take you to the checkout page, where you can see the price in your local currency and fill in all the details for your order. You can exempt VAT from your order if your country allows, by including your VAT ID (1). If you have received a promotional code from us, you can enter that under (2) to get a discount on your order. What remains is to select your preferred payment method (3) and fill in your details (4).

After you finish your order, we will send an order confirmation that contains all details of your order, along with your unique license code (1), a link to manage your order (2), and a link to view the invoice of your purchase (3).

Your license code will be valid right away. If you bought a floating Enterprise license, you can share it with your organization and add it to Arkio on as many devices as you like. If you bought a cross-platform Pro license on our website, you can activate it for up to 2 devices.

Manage or cancel your order

If you purchased an Arkio license through our website, you can change, update or cancel your subscription via this portal (see confirmation email). If you bought an in-app subscription on your device, you can manage your subscription in your app store.

Once you are logged in to our license portal using your email, you can see all your previous Arkio orders. Here you can select the order you want to manage, update billing information, or increase the number of licenses in the upgrade subscription section. If you update the number of floating licenses, you can add new floating seats to your existing license key, which will confirm any additional payment.

If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be charged for your next term, and the license will automatically expire at the end of the current term. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions.
