How long does my access last?

The closed beta runs from 7 to 14 October at 12 AM GMT. After the beta, your Arkio account login and access to your previous chats and Arkio scenes remain available in the public version.

What are AI credits?

Live AI requests use the allowance associated with your account. You can check your remaining credits in the account area.

Your beta includes X credits that can be used for 3D modeling tasks and the creation of renders and videos

What happens if I run out?

New AI requests pause when your allowance is exhausted. You can view and manage any additional AI credits from your account page found under your login button.

Does the tutorial use credits?

The prepared guided example does not use credits. Only your own live AI modeling and rendering requests use credits.

Can I use an existing project?

For your first sessions, you can best start a new project on the empty Arkio table. You can learn more about importing and exporting from and to the Arkio web version in our upcoming help pages.

Saving and returning to your work

Your chats and linked Arkio scenes are now linked to your Arkio account, so if you log in on another browser, you should be able to continue your work there. You can restore previous versions of your scene using history mode. After the beta finishes, you can still access your created chats and scenes, and these can also be shared with other Arkio users using a web link.

Where can I find current limitations?
