How to share beta feedback

Please share feedback throughout the week, even if you’re unsure whether something is a bug.

We want to hear about:

• Problems that stopped you from completing a task.

• Requests the agent misunderstood.

• Controls or instructions that felt confusing.

• Things that worked especially well.

• Changes that would make Arkio more useful in your workflow.

You can share feedback publicly on our feedback page. If someone has already reported the same issue, you can add your experience to their report.

You can also share your feedback with us privately by sharing an in-app issue report or by emailing us your thoughts and questions at support@arkio.is

We’ll review feedback throughout the beta and post updates as fixes become available. At the end of the week, we’ll also send a short survey.
