Exporting notes as issues requires a Pro license. You can learn more about our paid features and start a free trial within Arkio to try this.
All Notes added to your Arkio scene can be exported as a shareable webpage from the file manager on a cloud-connected device.

After the export, you can open your Arkio cloud page cloud.arkio.is/issues to find an overview of all scenes with issues that have been exported. You can learn more about working with your issue and exporting your results to BCF on this page.

You can open the individual project by clicking its name to see all the issues as rows of data for your notes, including the text, the owner, and the priority derived from the note.

You can click the images to view the included screenshots in more detail and use the arrows on the card to switch to other issues. If you wish to update the list of issues, you can go back into Arkio, make the changes and additions, and just export your issues again.

Sharing the issues with others
The page of the issues can be printed or shared with others using the Copy URL button. Here is an example of an issue page created in Arkio that shows issues from a Navisworks-loaded project.
Export your issues to BCF
You can also convert these issues into the industry's BIM collaboration format. A standard format that allows you to load your Arkio’s note issues into a wide range of open collaboration tools like BIMcollab or Autodesk’s Forma’s closed ecosystem.
Exporting to BCF or CSV format can be done from the Arkio cloud webpage from any open issue page using the download buttons at the top right. This will download your project data in the bcfzip format that can be loaded into various tools.

Load BFC’s in your other tools
You can refer to the documentation for your other tools on how to load bcfzip files. Tools with a more open approach, like ArchiCAD, natively support loading BCF files; tools like Revit require external plugins, such as the BIMcollab BCF manager, to load BCF files and access the included camera coordinates and screenshots directly in Revit.

We will add more features and enhancements to collaboration and issue management in Arkio in the upcoming updates. If you have ideas or feedback for this feature, we’d love to hear them
