Free meeting viewers

Arkio users can invite anyone using the free Arkio application to their live meeting. Depending on the host's subscription, meetings have different user limits.
Meeting capacity
Free Arkio users on the Starter plan can join a 20-minute meeting with up to 2 people to experience collaboration. When a Plus user joins a meeting, the time limit for meetings is removed. Both users have editing capabilities in Starter and Plus meetings.
If a Pro user joins a meeting, the meeting capacity gets increased to a maximum of 6 users. Any Free and Plus users joining Pro or Enterprise meetings are view-only and can only navigate, talk, and temporarily sketch and dimension the model. All Pro and Enterprise license holders in a meeting have full editing capabilities.
For Enterprise users, the meeting capacity increases to 24 users. You can invite as many free users to your Pro or Enterprise meeting as your meeting capacity allows. Allowing you to easily scale your collaborations, as anyone can download the free Arkio app and join these meetings without any prior setup or experience with Arkio.
View only mode
View-only users have a simplified user interface and can only communicate and navigate during a meeting. Only licensed editors and the host can edit the scene in a live Arkio meeting. When the meeting host activates presentation mode, everyone (including the licensed editors) will be converted to view-only. View-only mode can also be activated in single-user mode from the Review panel.

Temporary guest editors
Enterprise hosts can also grant free users temporary editing capabilities during a meeting by assigning an available floating license from their license pool to these users. This can be controlled by the meeting host via the pencil icon on the meeting panel. This will temporarily assign an available enterprise seat to that user until the meeting ends or the editing permission is revoked by converting the user back to a viewer.

For example, when you have five enterprise seats for your firm, and three of those seats are occupied by colleagues already in the meeting. You can then assign two temporary guest editors to free viewers in a meeting.

Inactive users
If a free meeting expires, it will become inactive, and you will no longer be able to see or hear what other users are doing. You will need to wait before you can start a new free meeting or ask a Plus, Pro, or Enterprise user to join your meeting to enable unlimited meeting time with more participants.

When the last Pro or Enterprise user leaves the meeting, all remaining Starter and Plus users will be automatically made inactive. They have to either start a new meeting or wait for the paid host to rejoin.
